* A GBP 17.00 per hour (A GBP 35,000:A GBP 38,000+)
* 40 hours per week
* Shifts between 7:00am : 8:00pm
* Alternate weekends required

The Role
* Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen.
* Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals daily.
* Lead and develop junior chefs.
* Maintain excellent food standards and presentation.
* Support menu development and seasonal changes.
* Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance.
* Help create a positive and professional kitchen culture.
About You
* Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
* Around 5 years kitchen experience.
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
