As the first point of contact for our services, your team is the engine of our growth. You will report to the Director of Inside Sales and play a vital role in the department's daily success.
📋 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
🗓️ Manage productivity: Oversee team diaries, targets, and overall output.
📈 Performance Reviews: Conduct regular 1-to-1s to ensure peak performance.
🧠 Coaching: Provide ongoing development and training for all team members.
📢 Floor Presence: Maintain a strong physical presence through regular floor walking.
