What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
This programme is for university students who are doing well academically and want to test their skills in the real world.
You'll need to have achieved a minimum of Math's A Level Grade B, and you need to be on track to achieve a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in a numerical or scientific discipline. You must also be in the penultimate year of your course.

What kind of work will I do?
For 12 months you'll be a key part of our business – training and working alongside our first-year graduates. You'll do real work from day one, using what you've learnt at university to help solve complex problems. You'll help us push boundaries and learn skills that will set you up for an exciting career.
You'll get involved with different organisations, enabling you to increase your market knowledge across many different sectors.
You will work with some of the world's most recognisable names, including companies publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange. You'll also have the opportunity to work with some of the UK's most innovative start-ups and privately-owned businesses.
You'll work alongside our team of pensions specialists, learning to independently perform pensions liability calculations and getting involved in auditing corporate accounts.
You'll work on the preparation of audit documentation, present findings and participate in wider pensions, reward, HR and analytics projects.
