Location: Bathgate (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a confident and capable Administrator with finance responsibilities to join a friendly, professional team that values initiative, precision, and great communication. What You'll Be Doing


Your day-to-day will be packed with purpose and variety, including:



* Keeping the team running smoothly with top-notch admin support

* Carrying out credit and reference checks for prospective tenants

* ️ Managing records, month-end processes, and general admin with precision

* Processing payments to clients and contractors

* Handling rent arrears and communicating with landlords and tenants

* Allocating payments and managing invoices with accuracy

* Managing deposit allocations and returns in line with regulations



What You Bring to the Table



* Proven admin and finance experience

* A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills

* Excellent communication-you're confident on the phone and great with people

* A proactive mindset-you take initiative and solve problems with ease

* Experience with Sage or Xero? That's a bonus!
