We are partnering with a premium, design-led jewellery brand to appoint a Senior Jewellery Designer as part of an exciting phase of growth and creative evolution.
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established design team with a clear mandate to elevate the brand’s design direction, delivering multiple collections annually across engagement, bridal, and fine jewellery categories.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping collections from concept through to final execution. This position requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong commercial awareness.
You will work collaboratively across international teams, contributing to a fast-paced, design-driven environment where innovation and craftsmanship are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead research, concept development, and design presentation aligned to brand vision
* Create high-quality 2D designs using sketching and Adobe Illustrator
* Design commercially relevant collections with a strong understanding of global markets
* Collaborate closely with Product Development and CAD teams internationally
* Deliver production-ready designs for both collections and bespoke pieces
* Mentor and support junior designers within the team
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Merchandising, and Retail
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in fine jewellery design
* Degree in Jewellery Design or a related field
* Strong understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals
* Excellent knowledge of jewellery construction and manufacturing processes
* Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Commercially aware with a strong sense of current trends and innovation
* CAD experience advantageous
