The Role
You will take on a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:
* Intestate estate administration
* Drafting and administering LPAs and Wills
* Taxable and non-taxable estate administration
* Client-facing probate work
* (Optional) Exposure to Trusts and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work
* The Ideal Candidate
* 3-4 years PQE
* Confident in running files independently, with strong client communication skills
* Experience handling complex estates and an ability to manage active LPAs is essential
* Trusts/COP experience is advantageous, but not essential
* A proactive, professional and client-focused attitude
* What’s on Offer
* Salary circa £55,000–£80,000, depending on experience and seniority
* Annual performance-related bonus
