Salary: £41,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (flexibility available)

We’re seeking a highly organised and security-cleared Administrator to join our Facilities Management (FM) team based at Andersons Yard in High Wycombe. This is a critical role supporting the smooth operation of a secure property portfolio under tight confidentiality and compliance requirements.
⚠️ Important: This role requires active DV clearance, or DV clearance that has lapsed within the past 6 months. Candidates must be sole UK nationals and willing to undergo further vetting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the FM and site management teams
*
Assist in the coordination of property maintenance tasks and documentation
*
Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with security protocols
*
Maintain logs, reports, and schedules for contract performance and compliance
*
Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and government stakeholders
*
Ensure accurate record-keeping and document control across all FM activities
Requirements:
*
Current DV Clearance, or DV clearance that expired no more than 6 months ago
*
Sole UK national – due to the nature of the site and contract
*
Strong administrative background within a secure or sensitive environment
*
Experience working in Facilities Management or property-related sectors – desirable
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
*
Willing to undergo further security clearance as required
