About Our Client
This opportunity is with a medium sized company in the business services industry, known for its commitment to upholding compliance standards and delivering excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a newly created Customer Service Agent role to join their Compliance team on a permanent basis. The role is based in St Albans, and requires candidates who are flexible to work on evenings and weekends between 11am - 7pm or 12pm - 8pm.
Job Description
3. Monitor and evaluate safer gambling practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Assist in identifying and addressing any potential gambling-related concerns.
5. Provide support to customers, ensuring queries and concerns are handled professionally.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance strategies effectively.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding compliance activities.
8. Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to safer gambling policies.
9. Report any compliance breaches and assist in rectifying issues promptly.
10. Stay updated on industry regulations and safer gambling trends.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
