Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are looking for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client based in Ferndown. This would be a temporary contract initially for 3 months with a possible extension and the hours would be 25 per week over 5 days ideally but 4 longer days would be considered.
There is a high volume of invoices coming into an inbox with purchase orders so you would be responsible for managing the inboxes, posting these invoices to the system which is Navision, reconcile supplier statements, liaise with suppliers and managers internally regarding any queries and scan and file hard copy invoices.
You will need to have some experience of purchase ledger processing and knowledge of Excel/Word is essential, but full training on Navision would be available. A friendly team and good working environment is offered. IMMEDIATE START.
