Job Title: Long-Term Secondary Teacher (All Subjects) Location: Leicester Salary: MPS/UPS (Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale) Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm Start Date: Immediate GSL Education is currently recruiting passionate and qualified Secondary Teachers for long-term positions in secondary schools across Leicester . We are looking for teachers across all subjects who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the classroom and help students reach their full potential. These roles offer the opportunity for a Temp to Perm position for the right candidates, ensuring stability and career development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum for your subject area. Tailor teaching to meet the needs of students of varying abilities, ensuring engagement and progress. Contribute to the wider school community, including parent meetings and extra-curricular activities. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and academic success. Requirements: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience teaching at the secondary level. A specialism in any subject (Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, etc.). A current DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one. Strong classroom management, planning, and communication skills.
