About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a vital role in supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working closely with teachers, you’ll help tailor learning experiences, overcome barriers, and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Your support will be instrumental in shaping students’ academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities of Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
