Senior Audiologist - Adult Audiology

We are recruiting for a Senior Audiologist - Adult Audiology who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will carry out the routine Audiological Tests with Masking, Maximum Comfortable Level, Loudness Discomfort Level, Tests for Non-Organic Hearing Loss, VRA, Tinnitus Match and Masking for all age groups.
You will support senior colleagues in vestibular assessments and rehabilitation clinics.
The post holder will also write full and comprehensive vestibular reports for medical staff including a provisional diagnosis.
Additionally, you will always ensure equipment is adequately maintained and calibrated in accordance to BSA standards.

Person Specification
Qualifications/Training
* BSc (Hons) Audiology
* Certificate of clinical competency or equivalent
* MSc Audiology
* AHCS registration
* HCPC ( CS) registration
Experience
* Experience in NHS hearing instruments
* Use of Auditbase
* Experience working in NHS
* Experience within adult diagnostics (ABR/VNG /Calorics) and report writing
Skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Good Computer Skills
* Use of Word / Excel / Powerpoint
* Evidence of service development work
Other
* Ability to travel to all hospital locations
