Overview
Part‑time Senior Support Worker based at Pinecroft Residential Services, 30.64 hours per week. Salary £20,250.58 per annum. A valid driving licence (minimum one year) and driving in the UK for last 6 months is essential. This role requires flexibility with evening and weekend working.
Responsibilities
* Help individuals achieve independence and personal goals.
* Support and transport individuals to integrate into their community.
* Develop individuals home‑making skills and personal chores.
* Transform lives and achieve results for autistic adults.
Qualifications
Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. Leadership skills, patience and commitment. A criminal background check is required; possession of an Enhanced DBS Check is preferable.
