Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
* Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness in the tearoom.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain an organised front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Support catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Experience as a barista is a plus, showcasing your ability to prepare coffee and other beverages.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
* A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
