Key Responsibilities Lead and Define Strategies: Shape and implement our mid-market strategy to drive growth and success. Develop and Support the Team: Coach and inspire a team of skilled sales professionals with an inclusive leadership style. Drive the Sales Cycle: Oversee success from initial contact to closing, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Enhance the Customer Journey: Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs. Negotiate and Secure Deals: Lead negotiations and develop pricing strategies to support growth. Build Market Presence: Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and events to strengthen our brand. Your Profile We seek a leader with proven commercial acumen and a track record in driving sales and growth. With experience in people management and ideally SaaS or related industries, you excel at creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
