What you’ll do:
Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals’ functional capability
Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist,
Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
Strong communication and analytical skills
