Freelance Site Manager – Leading Main Contractor Location: Kempston, Bedford Pay Rate: £280–£290 per day (via CIS) Project Value: £6M Duration: 30 Weeks A leading Main Contractor, specialising in industrial and commercial projects, is looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a £6M industrial new build scheme in Kempston. This is a full new build industrial project, offering a varied and technically interesting role within a reputable contractor’s portfolio. The Site Manager will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality targets.
