As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dedicated cross-functional project delivery team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their services by gathering and translating business requirements into actionable insights, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
2. Liaise between clients and technical teams to ensure clearmunication and accurate documentation.
3. Support testing activities and evaluate solutions for deployment.
4. Contribute to change management processes and continuous improvement of analysis and methodologies.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Essential Skills and Experience
5. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or financial services environment.
6. Strongmunication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to lead workshops and deliver presentations.
7. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and departments.
8. Expertise in gathering, documenting, and translatingplex business and technical requirements.
9. Experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with senior management.
10. Familiarity with user journeys, use cases, and process modelling using UML.
11. Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
12. Ability to support and mentor less experienced analysts and peer review documentation.
Desirable Skills
13. Experience in the Financial Services industry.
14. Knowledge of data models, database principles, and web-based technologies.
15. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
16. Skills in data analysis using SQL or advanced Excel.
17. Experience with XML messaging and MI/Reporting.
18. Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
