About the Role
TRC Group are proud to be recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Hassocks. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, temp-to-perm work with a well-established and growing business.
As part of the warehouse team, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate picking and packing of orders
* Palletising goods ready for dispatch
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
