- What You’ll Do As a Children’s support worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Our house is set in the idyllic countryside of Shropshire, surrounded by farms and nature.
Our home is a large historic building with a beautiful garden.
Inside we have lots of rooms allocated to different activities so there is ample space for the young people to utilise.

Although it is hard to say goodbye when the young people move on, this gives opportunity to help and support more young people.
