I am hiring for Commercial Officer - (Public sector procurement/CCS Framework/Contract Management)
Location: London, Croydon, Manchester, Liverpool (3 days per week onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Officer to support Enablers and Enterprise Services at the Home Office. This role involves procurement, contract management, and commercial support for IT and business services. Key responsibilities include:
* Lead market engagement activities, including planning, document identification, supplier engagement, and recommendations under a CCS Framework.
* Manage procurement processes, including the production of Invitation to Tender documents, commercial approvals, and contract award procedures.
* Provide commercial advice, guidance, and support for BAU contracts, acting as a point of escalation when required.
* Support re-procurement of IT and business services, including CRM solutions, MS Teams External Calling, Contact Centre Services, and Device Support contracts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Home Office standards and deliver business benefits.
* Maintain documentation, track progress, and report on contract performance and procurement activities.
