Pay: £12.60 per hour
Shifts: 8:00am – 2:00pm | 2:00pm – 8:00pm | 8:00am – 8:00pm
Contract: Bank / Zero-Hour (flexible shifts available)

Ocean Living is a welcoming 14-bed residential care home overlooking the stunning Mumbles Bay. We're proud to provide person-centred care in a warm, family-like environment where residents truly feel at home.
We're looking for caring, flexible Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team and support residents with dignity, independence, and kindness.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll:
* Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
* Support residents with meals, mobility, and daily routines
* Encourage independence through meaningful activities and companionship
* Maintain accurate care notes and follow care plans
* Help keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming
* Report any concerns or changes in residents' wellbeing to senior staff
What We're Looking For
A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable (or willingness to work towards it)
