Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful door business who is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team and help with the demand of the business.
Our client offers the most comprehensive range of luxury aluminium entrance doors in Europe and has been trading successfully for many years. They are known for their exclusive and impressive products and outstanding customer service right candidate for this role will have experience dealing with customer enquiries, order processing and using the fenestration specific software Logikal.
The role:
1. 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
2. Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
3. Placing orders on the order processing system
4. Gathering information for quotes for jobs
5. Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
6. Assist with admin duties as required
7. Deal with customer enquiries from quotations, orders and follow ups
The candidate:
8. Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
9. Have experience using Logikal but someone with a upvc background would be considered
10. Be able to manage own workload and work towards deadlines
11. Have excellent customer service and communication skills
12. Have high attention to detail
13. Must currently reside in the UK
