Job Description
3. Supporting the HR Manager in the delivery of HR services.
4. Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Managing HR records in line with GDPR regulations.
6. Assisting in the resolution of HR queries from staff.
7. Coordinating HR projects as required.
8. Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
9. Facilitating staff training and development activities.
10. Contributing to continuous improvement within the HR department.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A CIPD qualification
12. Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
15. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
16. Good IT skills, particularly with HR databases and Microsoft Office.
17. Understanding of employment law and GDPR regulations.
18. Passion for promoting a positive organisational culture within the health-care sector.
