We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a growing business in Evesham, supporting their purchasing and business planning departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key part in a busy, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the purchasing and planning teams
* Maintain and update internal systems and records accurately
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Prepare reports, documentation, and order summaries
* Track and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous administration experience (ideally in purchasing, supply chain, or business planning)
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Clear communication skills – both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
