We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in Sevenoaks, Kent. This role is a permanent position on a full-time basis. The nursery is dedicated to shaping young minds and revolutionising early childhood education in the UK. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of all the children.
Nursery Practitioner Duties: Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
Follow the EYFS framework
Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children
Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues
Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children's development
Implement an effective key person approach
Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor environment
Maintain and update personal records for each individual child
Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
Coordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activities
Nursery Practitioner Requirements: Full and relevant level 2 or 3 (or above) childcare qualification
At least 12 months experience working in an Early Years setting
Comprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
A child-centred approach to your work
