About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Marketing Executive to join Sifted’s marketing team.

This role will sit within our marketing team and support the delivery of high-quality campaigns across Sifted’s commercial media products. That includes sponsored reports, branded content, online events, private dinners and other bespoke partner activations.

You’ll play an important role in making sure campaigns are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time. You’ll help keep projects moving, coordinate with internal teams, manage the detail that great delivery depends on, and support the overall running of the team.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure to campaign delivery, commercial marketing and marketing operations in a fast-moving B2B startup environment.

What you’ll do
* Support the end-to-end delivery of commercial marketing campaigns across Sifted’s media products
* Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals and internal workflows to help campaigns launch on time and to a high standard
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Media Delivery & Growth to support execution across campaigns including sponsored reports, online events, dinners and branded content
* Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, editorial, design and operations to keep projects on track
* Help manage campaign admin, trackers, status updates and documentation
* Support campaign reporting by pulling together results, assets and inputs for wrap reports and case studies
* Assist with shared mailbox management and other day-to-day team coordination tasks
* Support execution of social media posts and other small but important marketing initiatives
* Pitch in where needed to help the team close gaps, solve problems and improve delivery
* Contribute to building efficient, reliable ways of working across the commercial marketing function


About you

You’re organised, reliable and enjoy bringing order to moving parts. You’re the kind of person who spots what needs doing, follows through, and takes pride in getting the details right.

You might already have some experience in a marketing, media, events, partnerships or campaign delivery role, or you may have built relevant experience through internships and education. What matters most is that you’re eager to learn, calm under pressure, and excited by the idea of working across a wide variety of campaigns.

We’d especially love to hear from you if you have
* 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, campaign, media, events or coordination role
* Experience supporting branded content, sponsored campaigns or event delivery
* Experience working in a publisher, media business, agency, startup or scaleup
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing/CRM tools
* Confidence using spreadsheets, project management tools and social platforms as part of day-to-day execution
