Key Responsibilities
* Lead private-sector sales across EMEA and APAC, managing direct revenue and account growth
* Oversee and mentor a distributed team of 4 Account Directors
* Drive regional strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional alignment with global product and partnership teams
* Represent the business in executive briefings, strategic partnerships, and industry forums
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Deep expertise in digital assets, blockchain, and institutional finance
* Experience working in web3, crypto or blockchain focused startups.
* Proven 1st line managerial experience in the space
* Executive presence with strong stakeholder influence across banks, fintechs, and digital asset firms
* Strategic thinker with a track record of regional growth execution
* Well-connected across the financial institution ecosystem in EMEA and APAC
