Responsibilities
* Lead the launch of the charity and deliver campaigns from concept to evaluation.
* Manage a Social Media team member.
* Plan, create, and oversee digital communications through social media and email marketing campaigns to grow reach and engagement.
* Maintain and update website content, optimising for SEO.
* Use HubSpot to manage campaigns and track performance.
* As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll play an important role in launching the charity as well as driving campaigns to build awareness, attract donations, and create a lasting impact.
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing and communications.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills (social, email, blogs, and web).
* Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Wix, and Microsoft Teams.
* Ability to manage projects independently while supporting team members.
* Creative thinker who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
