We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Communications and Content Manager to oversee our content strategy and global communications efforts. This role will be responsible for managing various content types, including blogs, long-form and short-form content, website updates, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and Product Detail Pages (PDPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of global brand positioning.


Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a global content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
2. Manage production of blogs, articles, and written content for consistency.
3. Update and maintain EBC and PDPs to enhance user experience and conversions.
4. Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams for content alignment.
5. Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
6. Ensure all content adheres to brand messaging and guidelines.
7. Apply SEO best practices to boost content visibility and search rankings.
8. Develop internal and external communication strategies and materials.
9. Manage content projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
10. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders on content initiatives and updates.


Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. 5+ years in content management or marketing, focusing on global projects.
3. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a diverse portfolio.
4. Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to assess content performance and inform strategic decisions.
6. Familiarity with CMS, SEO tools, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
7. Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
8. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.
9. Understanding of global markets and cultural sensitivities for relevant content.

1. Brand Experience: Worked with consumer brands globally, especially in e-commerce or digital marketing.
2. Creative Mindset: Proven ability to create innovative content concepts and engaging campaigns.
3. Social Media Proficiency: Managed social media content and strategies to boost brand awareness.
4. Data-Driven: Experience using analytics to optimize content and measure campaign success.
5. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages to enhance global communication efforts.
