An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Marketing Data Assistant on a part time basis. The main purpose of this position is to assist with the marketing and database management and analysis to effectively go to market with all Sales and After Sales offers to our customers. The role will be supporting the Group Database Controller and Data Compliance Team. Key Accountabilities: Weekly and monthly reporting covering the following aspects: New Sales Enquiries Newly created customer and vehicle records Customers and vehicles who have visited the Aftersales Departments or have been sold by the Sales Teams GDPR preferences Any additional reporting/support to the Group Database Controller. To maintain the database on all CRM systems including Autoline and Dealerweb. To report on the quality of database on a monthly basis Working with the Marketing Team to extract Campaign data for all marketing communications and to ensure appropriate customers are contacted dependent on the marketing campaign including creating/amending reports for the team to use to extract this data Processing bounced emails and unsubscribes received and reporting as necessary Assisting the Marketing Team as and when necessary Working with the Data Compliance Team to deal with GDPR requests. Skills and Experience required: Excellent knowledge of database systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience in a data driven role Experience in handling large amounts of data Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of Autoline and Dealerweb desirable Previous experience in the motor industry an advantage
