They’re now looking to bring a Senior Project Manager into the mix. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has the experience to lead, mentor and manage projects with high-end clients in the Fragrance, Health & Beauty sectors.
You’ll be working with premium materials, collaborating with internal and external teams, and driving projects through from briefing to installation with care, control, and confidence.
Job Role
1. Lead projects from pitch to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on-time and on-budget
2. Oversee and mentor a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
3. Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams
4. Lead project onboarding using internal systems (e.g., Monday.com)
5. Communicate timelines, milestones and responsibilities clearly across teams
6. Build strong relationships with both clients and suppliers
7. Champion creative solutions and problem-solving throughout
8. Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to internal and client stakeholders
9. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
10. Lead and manage change as needed
11. Ensure all work meets high quality and sustainability standards
Skills and Experience
12. 2+ years’ experience in Retail, POS, or Brand Activation
13. Proven experience managing projects for luxury and lifestyle brands
14. Experience leading teams or mentoring junior project staff
15. Deep understanding of the Point-of-Sale industry
16. Excellent planning and organisational skills
17. Strong budget and cost management abilities
18. Comfortable using workflow and project tools – Monday.com knowledge a bonus
19. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
20. Able to juggle multiple priorities with calm and confidence
21. Passionate about sustainability and waste reduction
22. Quality-focused, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
23. A strong team player and positive leader, able to collaborate cross-functionally
