This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Branch Manager or experienced care leader ready to take the next step. Youll be overseeing a modest servicedelivering 500 hours ofperson-centred support to clients in their own homes. With a supportive structure in place and a strong reputation locally, this branch offers the ideal balance of challenge and stability.

As Branch Manager, youll be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and performance of the service. You will ensure CQC standards are consistently met, nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and lead your team with professionalism and care.
What were looking for:
* Experience in domiciliary care and previous exposure to a management or leadership role
* A strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality compliance
* Passion for delivering outstanding home care and motivating teams
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
