About the Role:
Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking to make a real impact in HR and Talent? We're seeking an
Administrator / Coordinator
to join our Talent team, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you'll handle everything from interview scheduling and candidate communications to onboarding, HRIS management, and recruitment reporting. You'll also support strategic HR projects, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and welcoming candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
* Maintain ATS and HRIS records accurately and efficiently
* Issue contracts, onboarding documentation, and support pre-employment checks
* Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle events
* Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to client teams
* Assist with HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and training logistics
* Be a proactive point of contact for candidates and stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
