Overview
THE ROLE: As our brand leader in store, you're responsible for leading, managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. The store leadership role goes beyond the store walls and includes engaging with the community to deliver the AllSaints experience.
You’ll operate with full ownership for delivering the AllSaints experience in your city, supporting concession partnerships and engaging with the local community to deliver outstanding in-store service.
What will I be doing?
* Equip and incentivise your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates to deliver an inspiring in-store experience.
* Develop your team through annual appraisals, recognise achievements, identify improvements and set objectives for individual needs.
* Plan and deliver monthly floor sets, promote new collections and drive sales across product categories.
* Lead floor walks with a clear understanding of business, KPI performance and the rationale behind commercial decisions.
* Own all areas of your business with support from your District Manager and brand support, including customer experience, stockroom operations, people policies, payroll, profit protection, health & safety and recruitment.
* Work with a unified management team, setting expectations and occasionally stepping into other roles to upskill and provide on-the-spot feedback.
* Use reporting technologies to view floor activity through the customers’ eyes, identify trade opportunities and respond quickly to risks.
* Ensure wardrobe and grooming guidelines and operational excellence are adhered to by management and Stylist teams; demonstrate pride in the brand on all platforms.
* Collaborate with people and culture to resolve employee matters promptly and effectively.

About the location
Our Eldon Square standalone store in Newcastle has been open since 2010 and usually trades from 9:00am - 18:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Eldon Square is a premier shopping centre, popular with locals and visitors. Store location is approximately a 10-minute journey from Newcastle station.
