What You Will Be Doing Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: Support talent attraction strategies by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process to offer management. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage. Partner with hiring managers: Develop a deep understanding of business needs and help define role requirements. Work across all departments to support recruitment activity at every level, providing advice on job descriptions, market insights, and interview best practices. Develop creative sourcing strategies: Build strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques such as social media campaigns, networking, and proactive headhunting. Monitor market trends and maintain a best-practice approach to ensure future-ready talent insights. Track recruitment data and analytics: Utilise the ATS and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring outcomes. Examples include: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and diversity metrics. Present insights to stakeholders and collaborate on workforce planning. Champion forward-thinking ways to attract and retain top talent: Engage internally and externally to support employer branding initiatives and promote our employer value proposition. Ensure the organisation is positioned as an employer of choice through creative campaigns and candidate engagement strategies. Ensure compliance and best practice: Maintain adherence to recruitment policies, GDPR, and employment legislation. Keep processes aligned with ethical and inclusive hiring standards. Drive diversity and inclusion in hiring: Implement strategies to attract diverse talent pools and monitor diversity metrics to support organisational goals. Manage candidate experience: Deliver a high-quality candidate journey by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the process. Collaborate on onboarding: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding, enhancing new hire engagement. Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technology. Share ideas and implement improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. About You Your Skills and experience: Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within small or scaling organisations. A genuine passion for modern, data-driven talent strategies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment metrics, reporting, and tools to measure success. Committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
