As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations & Technology team. This role sits at the center of our AI and automation transformation - working across senior leadership, data teams, product, engineering, and operations to analyse problems, build business cases, and drive the adoption of new technologies. You will help us identify high-impact opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and scale AI-enabled tools across the organisation. Job description: Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and AI teams to understand business requirements and shape high-value initiatives. Structure complex business problems into clear opportunities, assessing business impact vs. effort and building supporting business cases. Identify, prioritise, and support delivery of AI and automation use cases across the organisation. Test and evaluate new technologies, run pilots, gather user feedback, and support adoption of AI-powered tools. Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models, and workflows to support evidence-based decision-making. Develop automated reporting and KPI frameworks to measure operational and technology performance. Create clear documentation, training materials, and communication plans to support change management and technology rollouts. Present insights, recommendations, and findings to senior leadership in a clear and structured way. Required profile: Required Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in operations, corporate strategy, consulting, or technology/business analysis roles. Strong analytical skills with high data fluency; confident working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus. Experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
