About the RoleTSR Legal are pleased to be representing an established and fast-paced conveyancing firm who are seeking capable Property Lawyers to join their Manchester-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer, whether qualified or non-qualified, who is confident managing their own caseload and working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
* Handle a broad range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
* Ensure all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
* Work closely with a team of three property lawyers to share knowledge and support workload demands
Requirements
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
* Ability to independently manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
* Qualification (e.g., Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX) is advantageous but not required
