Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised professional to join a senior leadership team as a Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager. This newly created role will provide direct support to the Chief Executive and Principal, while also leading a small team of Executive Assistants. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office, contributing to strategic priorities and organisational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive and senior leadership team
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of Executive Assistants to ensure consistent and professional service delivery
* Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, events, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare and manage documentation including reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office, including systems, supplies, and hospitality
* Collaborate with internal departments to support high-profile events and strategic initiatives
* Maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners
* Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and office efficiency
* Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and alignment with organisational values at all times
Candidate Requirements
* Substantial experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and complex environment
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Discretion, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
