We're looking for a confident and hands-on Senior Operator to join our friendly and supportive production team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently, supporting shift leadership, and helping colleagues around you to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor and optimise production lines to achieve daily production targets
* Support line changeovers, setups, and line adjustments
* Lead by example in promoting a strong health & safety culture
* Carry out basic line performance, troubleshooting and escalation of technical issues
* Conduct quality checks, ensuring all products meet DS Smith standards
* Provide training, guidance and support to Operators and new team members
* Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Work collaboratively with engineering, quality and shift management teams
