Job Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to lead our front-of-house team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales operations forward. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Dental experience not necessary as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth daily operations.
* Support reception duties when required, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
* Develop and implement efficient systems to track leads, conversions, and team performance.
* Manage and respond to all inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
* Oversee and maintain our CRM system optimising processes for lead management.
* Delegate tasks effectively within the team to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Report to Business manager on conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience working with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite and tracking sales metrics.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Ability to take initiative and work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Willingness to train and develop.
