We are recruiting a Social Care Worker at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 1 x 18 hours per week & 2 x Zero Hours Contract Contract Type: 1 x Part Time, Permanent & 2 x Relief/Casual Location: Ty Gwilym Respite Home Team: Provider Services This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.
We pay an attractive salary of £13,201 - £14,071 (18 hours) / £13.69 per hour (Relief/Casual) and offer access to training and development opportunities.

Respite Services at Montclaire (Blackwood) and Ty-Gwilym (Energlyn, Caerphilly) are currently looking to recruit Social Care Workers to join our dedicated team: 1 x 18-hour night shift position available at Ty-Gwilym. 2 x Casual positions available across both services.

For the role, we ask that you have: Willingness to achieve a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care within an agreed timescale.
Experience with people who require support and assistance with all aspects of personal care, daily living and social skills.
Ability to work shifts on a rota basis, and work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
