Branch Manager – Estate Agency
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic | OTE: £60,000 – £65,000+
Our client is looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead and grow a successful estate agency branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives on results, leadership and delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the performance of the branch, managing and motivating a team of negotiators while driving new business and increasing market share within the local area.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of negotiators
* Drive new business and maximise branch revenue
* Manage sales enquiries via phone, email, online and face-to-face
* Conduct market appraisals, property visits and accompanied viewings
* Build strong relationships with clients, buyers and third-party partners
* Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure deals progress smoothly
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
* Maintain accurate sales reporting and database records
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in estate agency, ideally at senior negotiator or manager level
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* A track record of winning instructions and driving revenue
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of property legislation and compliance
