The Role
- Leading and managing complex, high‑value personal injury and clinical negligence claims
- Advising clients on catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
- Overseeing case strategy, risk management, and supervision of junior fee earners
- Driving departmental growth through business development and client relationship management
- Contributing to firm‑wide strategy and cross‑referral initiatives
