The Role
* Leading and managing complex, high‑value personal injury and clinical negligence claims
* Advising clients on catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
* Overseeing case strategy, risk management, and supervision of junior fee earners
* Driving departmental growth through business development and client relationship management
* Contributing to firm‑wide strategy and cross‑referral initiatives
* Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards
