Pay Rate: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for a passionate Primary Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive schools in Scunthorpe. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development, while working in a nurturing environment.
Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to pupils of varying abilities. You will create a stimulating classroom environment, encourage a love for learning, and ensure all pupils are supported to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and positive attitudes.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to enhance learning.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of individual pupils.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Recent experience teaching in a UK school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
