Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing the scheme from pre‑construction through to handover. Based on site five days a week, you will lead the delivery team, drive programme performance, oversee subcontractor coordination, ensure adherence to health & safety standards, and maintain strongmunication with stakeholders and the client team.This is a key leadership role offering the chance to take charge of a major education project from start topletion.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Demonstrable experience managing large‑scale construction projects (circa £15m+ preferred)
2. Strong on‑site leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
3. Solid understanding of programme management, quality assurance, and H&Spliance
4. Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement abilities
5. A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
6. Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
