The Role:
Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 and 4 Teacher to join a fantastic team at this wonderful school after the February half term. This long-term role will run until the end of the school year, providing an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on the education of a vibrant and diverse class.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons to Year 3 and 4 students.
Plan and prepare lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the class.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extra-curricular activities where applicable.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Year 3 and 4, or similar age groups, is preferred.
Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A proactive and positive approach to teaching.
