What you will do on a typical day:
* Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
* Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently
* Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
* Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly
* Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
* Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
* Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
* Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
