One of my lovely clients is on the search for a People Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month contract. Our People Operations team helps create a supportive, efficient, andpliant working environment where colleagues can thrive. I am looking for a proactive and people focused People Coordinator to join our team and help shape a seamless colleague experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
As a People Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, providing timely and accurate guidance on People policies and processes. You’ll support all core people operations, from onboarding new starters to maintaining data integrity in our People systems while ensuring our processes are smooth,pliant, and continually improving.
Your new role
1. Serve as a data administrator for People systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely updates for payroll and reporting.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to colleague queries about People policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
4. Continuously review and enhance People Operations processes, templates, andmunications to reflect the culture and brand.
5. Support process improvements and system development to align with strategic People priorities, helping to systemise core People processes.
6. Ensurepliance with all relevant people regulations and reporting duties.
7. Raise Purchase Requisitions for People-related activities where required.
8. Provideprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to terms, benefits, leavers, and payroll.
9. Work closely with Finance, Payroll, Line Managers, and other departments to enable smooth cross-functional processes.
10. Provide coordination and administrative support for People-related projects, ensuring timely delivery.
