Job Description :
ServiceNow GTM / Solutions Sales Lead
* Own and execute the GTM strategy for HCLTech’s ServiceNow portfolio — with direct accountability for selling
* Serve as the primary liaison between HCLTech and ServiceNow’s field, partner, and specialist overlay teams; drive joint account planning, QBRs, and co-sell cadences aligned to Elite Partner program requirements.
* Lead CxO-level advisory engagements and executive briefings, partnering with solution architects to craft differentiated proposals, RFP responses, and platform transformation business cases.
* Develop and maintain GTM collateral including solution briefs, competitive battle cards, industry plays
* Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across named enterprise accounts using ServiceNow install base intelligence and platform consumption data.
* Work with internal Presales and vertical sales teams on propositions
* Enable internal account teams on ServiceNow messaging, AI differentiation, and solution storytelling;
* 15+ years of industry experience in ESM, 10+ years on ServiceNow
